DeInformation about online registration
You will be able to register online for the IALB | EUFRAS conference from 1st Februar till 12th May 2017. For any registration you will be forwarded to the website of our service partner Eveeno.
Eveeno will create your personal conference programme. You may pay via credit card or use further online payment systems, such as Paypal and Sofortüberweisung. Please note that group registrations cannot be considered. Companions are asked to indicate the name of the person who participates in the conference and with whom they will arrive. You will be able to set a billing address during the payment process, if different from your residence.
After your successful registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible. An invoice for the total amount is annexed as pdf file. Please print the confirmation e-mail and bring it along to the conference. This is your conference ticket and your confirmation of participation. It features a detailed overview of all the services that you have booked.
In case you have not received any e-mail after online registration, please send us an e-mail, so we may investigate the issue.
Conditions of cancellation
A refund for attendance fees, less a cancellation charge of € 30 for administrative reasons, will be provided after receiving a written cancellation by mail or e-mail at ialb2017@lwk.nrw.de until 31st May 2017. Refund will be provided after the end of the conference.
We are obliged to invoice the entire ticket price in case of any cancellation submitted after 31st May 2017 or in default of appearance. Of course, the registered participant may be represented by another person. In this case, please send an e-mail to ialb2017@lwk.nrw.de.
